Default Engine builders please read!

Im rebuilding my gsr motor. The crank that was originally in the motor spun a rod bearing. So i bought another crank assembly. I think i know the answer to my question but i want to get some other opinions. How do i determine what main bearings to use since the new crank is going in a different block. Also, same thing for the rod bearings. I am going to be using stock gsr rods w/ ITR pistions. This is my first motor that im building, i just want to make sure that i dont have any problems. Thanks for any help.

That just seems to simple. I took a micrometer and checked all the journals today and they're all really close in spec. But they make 4 different size bearings. So how am i suppose to know which one to get. I hate to buy bearings that i dont need.
