when lowering car 1.3f/ 1.3r will the front look higher than the back?

dude 1.3 and 1.3 are the same number, why would it look uneven?

on my integra the pro-kit says 1.3 in front and 1.0 in back... it looks just fine to me

mine does. Kinda bothered me at first but it's normal from what I understand.

im not sure, but then why do so many other brands have like 1.7f/1.5r?

It's probably because the front is heavier than the back and so they are compensating for the extra compression that the front will have due to the weight.
And so if the springs have the same height drop, the front will be a little lower. I hope this answers you question.
