Default EG 4 wire o2 Sensor wiring

I've done a lot of searching and 99% sure I got it wired up correctly but now I'm having issues. I just bought my 94 hatch a couple weeks ago and it had a check engine light since the guy never hooked up an o2 sensor when it was swapped to a b18. I purchased a new bosch o2 sensor and cut a plug and some wire out of an accord at the junk yard so it'd be "like factory". I wired as so,

Bosch sensor : Car harness
Grey : grounded to manifold
Black : White Signal wire
White : Yellow w/ black stripe at driver side junction block
White : ECU pin A6 Orange w/ Black stripe

Do I have something wrong? My car has ran fine until now. I cranked it up and now it smokes white a good bit. I haven't had this issue until now. My check engine light is off now though. What could be the problem??

Nothing on the sensor should be hooked to chassis ground. It looks like you have the heater circuit and signal circuit mixed up.

The black and grey wires are for the heater circuit and the two whites are the signal side.

For the heater circuit the grey is key on power, this can be hooked to the existing wire at A25 the black would be the heater control and connects to A6.

For the signal cicuit, one of your white wires goes to D14 for the signal input. The other white wire ties into the existing green/white at D22 for sensor ground.

I appreciate your input. Just curious where your getting this info from. Every diagram I can find for a Bosch sensor shows black as signal, grey as ground and white as heater circuit. If this is the case I have it in correct. If I had it wrong wouldn't the check engine light be on still?

I'm leaning towards my problem being a cracked head or head gasket. It only smokes when it gets hot. It wasn't really coming up to temp on my short trips with no o2. Now the car is coming up to temp quicker and it starts putting off a good bit of white smoke. I haven't seen it do this until today though.

Based on factory type coloring which isn't Bosch.

Ok. I should've been more clear. My harness is set up for a single wire sensor. My obd1 b18 requires a 4 wire sensor. I bought a Bosch sensor specific to an 93 Integra which is what my ecu was supposed to be out of (pr4-a11). I'm looking at the colors on the Bosch sensor sense I don't have the plug the Integra would've had. I just cut a plug out of an accord so those colors are irrelevant.

Ok, let it cool off. Unplugged the sensor, drove it about five minutes to a friend's house and let it run while we talked. Not a bit of smoke... I'm at a loss. Faulty sensor?

Rewire it, all four wires to the ecu.

Heater

One wire is 12v with the key on, A25 can be used for this.
The other wire is the heater control, A6

Sensor

One wire is signal in to the ecu, D14. If you harness is truly a one wire harness that one wire can be reused instead of running a new one.
The other wire is sensore ground, D22

If the sensor you bought has a factory style plug a picture of the plug from the wire side would tell which wire is which. The plug release tab needs to be visible.

Good news. As of right now, it's fixed! I'm going to move the ground to the green/white ground circuit but otherwise I'm set. I double checked my wiring after finding the diagram I'm attaching and plugged the sensor in after I got home from work. It was already up to temp so I drove it around the block and no smoke at all and no check engine light. I'm leaning towards condensation in the exhaust? It rained pretty heavy the night prior and I park slightly downhill so I reckon it soaked into my muffler? Never seen it before but for now that's what I'm going to say happened. Very happy! Thanks for your input nub!!
