ecu questions p75 and p28

Is the p75 and p28 ecu internals the same? or similar?

no, the p75 is similar to the p72

im goig to chip my ecu. theres 2 things i needed to weld on.

ok I have a friend that needs to borrow an ecu. He has a 92-95 hatch with an ls motor. Can he use a p28 or a chipped p72?
