I building my motor 11.3:1 compression and the machinist working on my car says if It doesn't have a knock It will NOT be possible to run pump gas.

Stock '95 Integra B18B didn't have a knock sensor. Only the GS-R (B18C1) had it.

I new that I just wanted hear it to make sure. I freaked out today at the machine shop about cars with high CR without Knock sensors.

What was your CR?

Mine will be 11.3:1 give or take a little.
