Do I have a stock points style ignition?

I have a 2000 GSR, Im getting ready to install the blaster 2 coil and modded dist cap. I need to know if I should install the ballast resistor or not. So do I have a points style ignition?

I don't think Hondas have used points since about 1977. (Give or take a couple years.)
