Default diy poly mounts(wat to use)

ive been thinking of doing the diy poly mounts but here in the uk im having trouble finding polyurethane window weld or similar
the only stuff ive found so far is tigerseal but i have no idea if this stuff is hard enough and cant find any info on the hardness of it
please help even if its just with the right words to search so that i might have more luck finding someone in the uk that sells polyurethane sealants

just go to a hardware store and ask for polyurethane caulk for sealing a door or window. It should dry hard. If it says it dries flexible, you don't want it.
