Default Distributor wiring on a swap

Ok here is the swap situation: It is an OBD I b16 jdm motor into a 97 civic ex. I am using the ex harness and there are lots of plugs that dont plug up at all, and some that i have found are just different. I am lost on the alternator plug cuz all of the wires are different colors. Can anyone help with this? Also, the distributor. I only had one plug on my old car and there are 2 on the new motor, what do i do about this? Someone please help, i have a migrane from all this.

I already switched over the injector plugs

edit: i also have a kenji jumper harness
