I'm looking at my spare dizzy(94 Integra OBD1) and was wondering if the distributor shaft end(the part with the grooves that goes "into" the head) should turn freely or should there be a little resitence when I turn it by hand?? with the dizzy cap off it seems to turn rather freely, but with the cap on and screwed down there is some very minor resistance when I try to turrn the end by hand...is this normal, any input?? Thanks
