Default Distributor problems with Swap

My friend has a 94 Accord and he put a 00' F20b (Accord Sir motor) in it. Seeing how his car is OBDI and the motor is OBD II he used the OBD I harness everything worked out in the end with a little work minus the distributor. He took apart the OBDI and the OBD II distributors and put the internals from the OBD I in the housing of the OBD II. Everything went good but the OBDI ignitor didn't fit so he put the OBD II ignitor in. He says that he has an extra wire for the ingitor ? I guess the OBD I had another prong in it than what the OBD II does. Does anyone know how to use a OBD II ignitor with a OBDI harness ?
