Default Are distributor & injector adapter harnesses worth it?

For reference I have a rywire harness that I've been wanting to install but what's holding me behind is my injectors & distributor having a different plug type.
Are there any cons that I should know about if I were to purchase these adapters?

Nothing other than one more place for a failure. Lots of these types of adapters have been used by thousands of owners and quality products typically aren't problematic.

Understandable. Thanks, I'll probably pickup adapters from rywire unless there's a good alternative that won't cost as much.
