Default Differences in H22A

Forgive me for asking, but what's the differnce in the 92-95 H22A and the 96+ H22A? I want to do a swap, but would like to know if there is much of a difference in fixing it up?

the H22A1 (older one) has a closed deck block, which is stronger (for boost).... the tranny that goes with that motor is geared better & doesn't rob as much power.

There is a difference in the on board diagnostics system. 92-95 is obd1 and 96+ is obd2. Obd 2 is tougher to mod because it has so many more sensors and it is more strict on emissions control than obd1. What I am trying to say is obd2 has the ability to give you more headaches. I would suggest the earlier h22a for your swap.
