difference between obd1 & obd2 bseries throttle bodies?

Default difference between obd1 & obd2 bseries throttle bodies?
ive searched a lot, and i cant seem to find the answer.

would a itr throttle body and sensors work with a 93 b17a obd1 harness?

ok, my roomate had an extra itr tb i didnt know about, so im all set.

the map sensor is located differently, but everything connects right up.
