Default Difference between Hondata silver and blue boxes

I've got a stage 4b but the box is silver and I've noticed the newer ones are blue. Does anyone know the difference?

I was told they are the same inside. Silver ones have one plug for shift light, clutch switch and ECU plug, blue ones have 3 separate plugs for each.
