difference between b16 int/exh valves and ITRs?

Default difference between b16 int/exh valves and ITRs?

Was wondering if there is a difference?

I think the only diff is the springs. However I could be wrong. I know there is a diff between them and the gsr valves though.

Same exhaust valves. ITR intake valves are narrowed at the stem.

All the B16, B18C exhaust valves are the same, the ITR intake valves are slightly lighter, and they have a smaller dimple on the bottom of the valve
