I have searched and i know i need a rear tranny bracket from a 99 si to put my b16 into my 96 hb. but i have a 95 del sol rear tranny bracket and it bolts up to the block just fine..will this bolt to the frame? its a del sol vtec and the junkyard guy said it would fit.

the bracket wont line up with the frame or what? could i redrill the frame and mount it elsewhere?

u will need a gsr one
a b16 is too long

 

L brackets are only 30 bucks from the dealer

Don't offer advice about mounts ever again

the Del Sol VTEC rear mount bracket is IDENTICAL to any 94-01 integra bracket

there is a lot of misconception about mounts.....here is what is the same

Civic manual tranny mount is IDENTICAL to any 94-01 integra tranny mount (the civic mount has an extra peice that is just bolted on, just remove that piece and you are good to go)

Rear mounts are the same on 92-00 civic and 94-01 integra

and for drivers side upper the 3-hole mounts are all identical and the 2hole mounts off of a 90-93 integra will work in an EG or DC chassis with the correct bracket on the block
