dc2 01 non v-tech vs da non v-tech

well i am very stump ? i have a 01 integra non v-tech . got intake 421 header also nolpogy hot wires also full piping exhaust. Then my friend with the da has the same **** .. that i have, and when we race each other ... he always beats by 1 car length .. need help wuts the problem

wut little bolts on i can use to keep up with him.. any ideas!!

I think they all are, never heard of Acura putting cordless phones into their cars before..
