I tried to search this topic, but couldn't really find what I was looking for. I want to remove the rear seat for a dc2. I had no problems with the db8 chassis, but i cannot see any thing for the DC2. I mean I see only one 10mm bolt, and it doesn't even look like it holds the seat down. What am I missing here? I am in the middle of battery relocation and 2 other projects, so any help would be appreciated.

 

do I have to completely remove the side panel? I ain't seeing nothin otherwise

took the 10mm bolt out and on the panel side theres a black ring you have to remove so you can move the seat to the side to remove the upper part.

 

Okay, I also found the loop and took th bolt off that, but something is holding it down the the front on both sides. Can't see what it is so I guess itt remove the carpet. I'll figure it out, but I do see what you mean so I'll do that first.

 

theres one bolt on the bottom part kinda in the center on the back then lift from the back and swing it foward, theres 2 hooks on the front

 

Yea 10mm on back then pull straight up on the fron. It comes right out. May need a little force on the front. I can have the rears out of my teg in about 2 min
