Default d16y8 head on d15z1 worth it?

i think i could get a hold of a z1 block..and my y8 block has a hole..and im not sure if the head is still good..what do you guys think? possibilities? but im assuming the head is still good.. what are specs on the y8 head on a z1 block..worth it or no? and how about turboing it?

Swap your Y-8 crank into the D-15 block, and you will be back to a 1.6L But there might be some sensor locations missing on the older block.

You can always find used Y-7/8 blocks in slavage yards for a hundred bucks, give or take
