Default D16Y8 with a crank problem

ok guys im trying to figure out the best possible solution to having my d16y8 running. long story short the crank pulley is stripped clean on the crank and the crank has serious damage on the end of it where the key would go. hopefully the pics will help ex-plane. im looking for the cheapest and reliable way to fix my problem.

get a new crank, timing belt pulley, and damper. Probably cheaper and easier to just swap in a new engine.
