Default CTR camshaft specs - open/close degrees

Taken from the Hybrid Honda site.

Intake
(VTEC lobe)
open 18° before TDC
close 45° after BDC
valve lift 11.5mm

Exhaust
(VTEC lobe)
open 45° before BDC
close 10° after TDC
valve lift 10.5 mm

How accurate is this info? I need the info to be accurate so I can degree the cams in.

Cams Measured at 1mm of lift:
Civic Type-R And Integra Type-R(Integra Type R 2000/01 Spec)
Int-243 dur. / 11.5mm lift
Exh-235 dur. / 10.5mm lift

not sure if that helps any but...

Lift seems right not sure about open/close °'s though

The total amount of duration correspond for both sets of numbers...so yeah....I guess I can assume that the numbers will work.
