Default CTR cam: fuel pressure/ignition timing?

What is the best fuel pressure to run with my mods. Also, would it be ok to advance ignition timing with a CTR intake cam? I know I should take it to the dyno, but I want to wait till I get my V-AFC. Until then, I want to know a general setting.
my mods:

B16A2
-CTR intake cam
-Iceman CAI
-DC 4-1 header
-test pipe
-2 1/4" thermal R&D exhaust
-B&M FPR

the ctr cam likes as much as 35 advance on the ign timing, so if you're using a stock ecu, bump distrib or intake cam gear to around 21 with 92/93 octane fuel ... if you need an ecu for your mods, them pm me ... if you using someone else's ecu program then keep bumping timing up starting at 18 until you get to 21.

as for cam timing, try +2 on intake (thats gonna bring you to 19 on stock ecu) and -2 or -3 on the exh for a non milled/non thinner headgasket setup.
