Default CRX /w Walbro intank, Bosch 044 Inline PROBLEMS! HELP!

So, i got a bosch 044 inline kit before the rail to see more power out of my setup. So, when i hooked it up to power i looked at the guage on the fuel rail, and the FP jumped up to about 62 base. So, i figure it was working obviously. After i let the car idle to see if i had any problems, i looked at the guage again, and i see the needle jumping from 50-62 psi ERRATICALLY. Like a rabbit on crack. just back and forth. and it wont stabilize at all.

Im wondering what could be the problem, i have steady voltage on the pump, cause i thought it could be that. So any ideas? suggestions? Thank you

I have seen a problem like that, it turned out to be the regulator.

Some of the old Audi & VW's with high fuel pressure run a damper, that softens the pulses. Think it's called a pressure accumulator.. Good luck!
