Hello, my Civic EG B20 has been neglected since the pandemic began. Haven't started it for a long time. I am trying to revive it. For context, before it was neglected, engine has been maintained regularly.

Here are the steps i have taken:

1. Replace battery
2. Repair the starter
3. Change spark plugs
4. check for spark (spark test okay)
5. Drain gas tank, replaced with new gasoline and replace fuel filter
6. Check main relay for click and performed voltage test as per manual. Fuel pump priming as well.
7. cleaned and checked injectors if solenoid's okay.
8. Fuel seems to be going to fuel regulator since a ton of fuel is released when i loosen the bolt and put the key into accesory.
9. Check under dash fuse number 2 for voltage - ok
10. Compression test just to be sure - okay and all cylinders within range of each other.

ecu is okay. no CEL. Anything i have left out?
