Default Crank Swap

Anyone know if you can swap an H23 crank into an F23, I am building an F23 but due to some misinformation I have rods that won't work on my crank because the rod bearings are too small, but I have the rods from an H23 and also from an h22 so I have two different sized rods to work with. Here is what I know the stroke on the F23 is 3.82 and the H23 stroke is 3.740, now the h23 rod length is 5.571 and I have those rods, but I also have a set that are 5.630 so they are slightly longer, I am wanting to use the longer rods and shorter crank to make a better R/S ratio and also becuase I already have the engine apart and can't wait 8 weeks for custom rods and no one has rods that have small enough rod bearings for the F23. Anyone who has suggestion I would be very thankful, I also would prefer to use the H23 crank because of the better r/s ratio and bigger rod bearings so they will hold up better than the smaller F23 bearings. Thanks for any help.
