Default converting hondata files to uberdata? possible?

I have a really good hondata program that I'd like to use and test with my new uberdata setup (I have both).

Is there a way to import the .bin or .hex file and test it?

I'd really like to see whether the same tuning would transfer over.....

couldn't you just pull the hondata chip out and put it in an eprom flasher (moates) and read the bin file?

The file is encrypted, open it up in a HEX editor and see the bare format of it. It says somethign along the right of Hondata copyright on the bottom of the file. Theres a way but no one really focuses on it. Since alot of stuff isn't availble is other programs that Hondata might use.
