Default Comptech or Suspension Techniques Swaybar?

I have a 2000 Honda Civic EX coupe with a just an intake on it. I have Koni Yellow adjustables shocks and Eibach Pro-kit shocks. I don't race the car. It's a daily driver so a nice ride quality/handling balance is important.

My car has a stock front sway bar of 22mm so I'm not removing it for something slightly bigger. I do want to purchase a rear sway bar to help make the handling more neutral.

I've narrowed it down to:

Comptech adjustable rear sway bar/lower tie combo ($359.10 at Lightning Motorsports)
http://www.lightningmotorsport...n.htm

Suspension Techniques rear sway bar. ($139.26 at Lightning Motorsports)
http://www.lightningmotorsport...s.htm

What do you guys and girls recommend and why?
What mm thickness is the Suspension Techniques bar?
Where can I find the best price?

Comptech has a proven record for making Honda products that work well. I'd go with them.
