Default ZEAL/TEIN Coilover Question

What is the best coilover money can buy (ZEAL, TEIN, APEX, B+G... up to $1700.00) that DOES NOT require me to swap out my rear lower control arms for Type R LCAs???? I am looking for something similar to the ZEAL B6 series. I want to be able to lower my car without sacrificing the shock absorber's stroke, and I also want adjustable shock stiffness. Shock durability is also very important... I dont want to have to get it re-valved a lot. THanks a lot!

The BEST coilovers I have ever seen (and gotten to ride in a car with them in) was the KW suspension coilovers. They are made in germany and the ride is UNREAL in these things. They have varient ones and twos. On the varient ones you can't adjust the stiffness, on the varient twos you can. Ive ridden in a couple of cars with vairent ones, and I was blown away by the ride. They also come with a great warrenty from what I know. The only place that has them is called HPA motor sports, its in Langley BC. You can look them up on the net, or just Look up KW suspensions on the net for more info. However, all this said, Im not sure if they make a set for your car, youd have to call and ask. But if they do, check them out, they are the best. If I could afford them, Id have a set now.

Yeah KW are really good. Ive seen them on audis and bmws and they are great. They do make them for civics, check here- http://www.kwsuspensions.com/ If you dont want those i have heard that Zeals are great, and have been recomended over teins.
