ok... so the knock sensor is connected? If so (I'm guessing the Hassport wiring harness has the correct pin outs to the KS) that means the KS is no good... or is having problems... I used to live in SD... I'm trying to track someone down who can help you out... I'll post back... If you can get another KS and plug it in... just to test... try it out...

the KS should be working just fine. I just pulled it out of another car that was working just fine. if you can, please find someone for me..it stats and runs...but..
it bogs a little somtimes around 3k rpm...?? it has to be the wiring..
