clutch whine?
so, ive got about 7.5k miles on the car, and the clutch, when first starting to move, or when partially released (ie, moving in reverse), whines like a ****.
anyone have any ideas what it could be? at 7.5k miles i find it hard to believe that the clutch is going.. is there anything else that would cause this?

hmm, lemme explain more, it only happens when the clutch ISNT fully engaged.. sort of like a harmonics whine..
is it ok, or is my clutch starting to go already?

It's a throw-out bearing in clutch. My wife's GSR had the same problem: when engaging the clutch it would WHIIIINE. I replaced it & it was all rusty & sticky when I tried to spin it. When you gonna replace it, make sure you grease the shaft & the release fork contact points.
