clutch question
im planning on getting an exedy organic clutch with flywheel combo and was wondering if a throwout bearing is included with all clutch kits? other than that, is there anything else that i would need for the install? so far the parts that i know of are clutch, flywheel, and possibly a throwout bearing? anything else? i tried to search, and found 150+ topics on clutches, but i just wanted a quick answer. sorry if the topic has been covered already. thanks in advance
i believe w/the exedy clutches they do come w/ the throw out bearing, I can check again as i am not 100% sure.
I would get an allignment tool, i don't know if they come w/those either, but if you could borrow one from honda (if you know a tech that works there) that would work best.

It depends on the kit, most come with clutch disc, pressure plate, throwout or release bearing, pilot bearing (for the flywheel) and an alignment tool. If the webpage doesnt say what all comes with it then youd have to call them. http://www.clutchcityonline.com has complete kits for a decent price.
cool, i just checked clutchcityonline.com and it did say:
"When purchasing a clutch/flywheel combo, you will receive pressure plate, disc, release bearing, pilot bearing (if required), alignment tool and flywheel."
thanks again.
