Default clutch problem

i recently tried to change my clutch but had a problem. I bought an ACT clutch from some guy who said it was for all B series. I dropped my tranny and saw that the clutch wouldnt go in to the shaft. I have a spoon tranny with the 4.78 final drive. The splines on the clutch i bought were smaller and than the one i had. Im thinking that the clutch is for a cable clutch(90-91 integra). I tried looking around for a clutch alignment tool for both the cable and hydraulic clutch so i would know which clutch i have. Let me know what u guys think.
