hey, my friend has a 92 civic hatchback and something weird is going on with his cluster. whenever you signal, the whole cluster (rpm, mph, temp, fuel) and clock dies. if you drive it around for a while, it comes back on. it is weird cause there is power coming to the whole instrument panel because whenever he presses down on the clock, it displays the time. he also haves a tach and the tach works and everything but i don't know what is going on... please help!!

it was also throwing CEL 4, which is Crankshaft Position Sensor, could that be it?
