Default civic brake problem.. plz help..

My front calipers seized up on my 89 Honda Civic(150k miles) and so I got new ones with new brake pads from autozone. I put them in and torque them down(there's only one bolt that torques it down, the other one the caliper just rotates.)
Well anyways, are the calipers suppose to be able to wiggle? Because mine does and it seems like the bolt that holds the caliper down is too thin for the hole in caliper and causes it to move a tad. Now when I drive the rim/or something grinds and rubs pretty bad(especially when I turn)........
Any suggestions on this? Could I have gotten wrong calipers?
