Default Chromoly vs Aluminum flywheels???

Is there that much of difference between the flywheels? I have heard that aluminum flywheels are prone to warping. What are the better chromoly and aluminum flywheels? BTW this is for a jdm n/a B16a1 w/ an ACT HDSS clutch kit.

Check the new flywheels from ACT. They have a 12lb chromoly, light but strong.
