i have a 97 gsr which i just did a wire tuck on. and im having trouble with no fuel and no spark. so i went throu a flow chart on the main relay. and everything checked out except for the ecu. its say with ign off mesaure voltage between a16 and a10 when ign switch is first turned on for 2 seconds. and its supposed to read 1.0v and im reading 9.0v. put a new ecu in the car and it reads the same. do you have any idea what could be causes this ?
