CEL for Map sensor comes on when at full boost?....

CEL for Map sensor comes on when at full boost?....
When i hit full boost check engine light comes on flashing code 3 for map sensor... i have changed my missing link and my map sensor but the light still comes on....any suggestions?

test the missing link ... if not sure, go back to check valves and see if it still happens.
