Default CDS sensor in VAFC???

I'm just wondering how important this sensor is.... because after doing a search and comparing my readings to others readings... mine are off... the voltage it's suppose to be reading is to be around 3-4V, but mine are way lower than that... everything works fine...just that reading is off... so I was just wondering how important is the CDS sensor voltage.....

I think i figured out what it is, CDS is the sensor that reads how much light the VAFC sees. It gets brighter at a certain voltage because the sensor gets more light.
