car gets air fuel and spark it is in time but it sounds like its out of time tried putting the distributor in 180 out and it wont sit in right its an ls head and an ls distributor dont know whats wrong

main relay good?
firing order correct?

Kindly check the battery terminal connection, it they are corroded, it is needs to be replaced, if you are getting clinking noise then it means that battery is dead, check inside the distributor cap,if moisture is there then kindly clean the same. kindly check air filter, carburetor, spark plugs and the timing.

What do you mean it will not start, will not fire or will not even crank, [turn over]?
Have you checked valve timing? 94
