like the title said

i was driving the other day n car shut off on me
i got the chttp://images.ibsrv.net/ibsrv/res/src:honda-tech.com/get//images/smilies/mad.gifar to turn on but when i press the gas it shuts off again

i got a new fuel pump n it still doing the same thing what else can it be ???

 

Check the ignitor in the dist. cap also check the cap and rotor. I had this problem a few weeks back. My ignitor had small metal shavings on it and a frayed wire.The car was shutting off on me while driving also. Changed the ignitor and cap and rotor everything is all good. hope this helps. good luck
