ok I have a 89 civic dx 1.5l was running fine than about a month ago started to act like it was running out of gas going from a stop to turn or go straight I was told it was the injectors so changed them out still nothin so changed the filter nope nothin so checked my fuel pressure regulator an it was bad so got new one car still acts like its running out of gas fuel pump is new main relay is goodcan anyone help please

 

Might want to look into the distributor. I had a similar problem with a distributor with high miles and supposedly a worn out cam position sensor or something can cause surging and hesitation. Also check your ignition timing too.
