94 Honda Accord flashing 13 ABS code. cant seem to find the code in any of my books. The light only comes on every other time you drive the car so i dont think it is the pump going bad. Think it might be one of the sensors at the axles.?.?

13 huh? Is that one long flash followed by three short flashes?

Yes one long 3 short

 

That's code 1-3. That indicates an internal high presure leakage. Sometimes bleeding the ABS system will take care of it, but usually they end up needing a new modulator.

 

OUCH! Thank you for the info!! And if i could ask you one more question, what would be the ballpark price on the modulator.
