It's the brake caliper bracket. It holds the caliper to the knuckle and pads in alignment with the rotor and caliper. The sliders on the brackets allow the caliper to sort of move forward and backward based on rotor/pad thickness and piston brake force. What was it that you needed to know the name of it for? Most places don't sell replacements as they aren't really a wear part. The slider pins should be removed when servicing the brakes for re-greasing to keep from seizing. Hope that helps.

Oh wow...I didn't notice the picture with the broken one...that's pretty crazy. It's going to be hard to find one new, but a used one shouldn't be too hard to come up upon. Good luck.

There should be a number stamped somewhere on there that says t-22 or t-25 or something similar. This will tell you which car you can get the bracket from as many honda and acura models shared brake set ups.
