Alright people, this one might be tricky. My buddy just picked up an H22 for a steal of a deal and wants to do an H2b in his EF hatch. What we want to know is what would it take to make the h22 work on the OBD0 PR3? I already know I'll need to change the injector plugs to obd1 and elim. the resistor box, extend/shorten any other wires, but what about the dizzy? Will any OBD0 Dizzy bolt up? I know you can't use and OBD0 dizzy with and OBD1 computer, but what about the other way around? Thanks!

get rid of obd0, i just converted from odb0 to obd1. there was a noticable difference in drivability. with the obd0 the tune was inconsistant, at 20 deg different air temperatures the a/f would be 1.5-2.0 off. ie: 13.5:1-->15.0:1. i played with the iat enrichments for weeks, nothing worked. now i switched to obd1 and they stay right on.

 

Well, if we have to, we will convert, but if it is possible, I'd like to be the first to run an H22 on OBD0 successfully.
