Which cam gears??

Camshafts+Cam gears+ Valve springs = PLEASE HELP!
Hello, since i cant sell my cam shafts i may aswell put them in my car.
I have a set of BCspec3 cams that im gonna drop into my GSR.
Anyone heard anything positive about BC valve springs and cam gears..cause i can prob get that combo off ebay.
Im currently running Skunk 2 IM, 64mm TB headers and 2.5" full exhaust
If not can anyone suggest a decent brand of springs/gears.
