I'm getting ready to buy a car.I need your help picking one. I'am new so I don't know much. I'am thinking about either a civic, del-sol, integra,or prelude.I'am going to buy a new engine for whatever one I pick. I just don't know if a integra-R is faster then a del-sol b18? what is the fastest and best choice, i need your advice, thanks

 

*psst* del sols have b16's
and yes an integra type r is faster
but you might mean a gsr. but they are still faster than a del sol.

Why? If u want to drag race, don't get a type r engine. Its was design more or less to be NA -> cost alot of $$ to make it go "fast". I'll say get a hatchback civic, del sol and drop a b18c1(GSR block) and go from there.

 

b18c in 92-95 hatch with skunk 2 cam's, springs and retainers, type r pistons, and fpr and youll be strait

 

I say get a 1992-2000 civic hatchback and get a b16a out of a delsol or si and go from there. That should get you on the right track.
