Default Brake upgrade or suspension modification first?

Okay, so I want to slowly strengthen my 2000 civic ex so that I can ultimately put a turbo on it. But that's a long time ahead in a galaxy far far away.

What I'm wondering is if the stock brakes on the ex are good enough to support a suspension upgrade, or if I need to do a brake upgrade first.

I've got the car under warranty right now and am going to take it in soon for a brake rotor check/replacement, so I foresee that I'll have new rotors, probably.

So, what do I do first? Improve my suspension and let the stock brakes handle it, or upgade brakes and then suspension?

Thanks.

Your stock brakes will handle new suspension with no problem. Put some good pads on your stock brakes and you'll be great in the braking department until you add more power.
