Default Brake Upgrade

I have a 1990 Honda Civic STD (4 speed manual) Hatchback. I am doing a brake swap. The brakes are from a 1996 Integra LS. I am relatively sure the Teg has a B18B1. Which I know has different drive shafts/axles than my D-Series motor. Will my D-series axles/driveshafts fit into the Brakes? Or if they do not, then will the B-series axles/driveshafts fit into a D-series transmission?
