Default Brake setup????????????

i have been looking into getting a new brake set up but can not really find anything that fits the needs that i have. i am just looking to get some feed back on my ideas and some new input to take into consideration. As for now, i am running brembo slotted with ceramic pads in the front and rear disc conversion with brembo blanks and EBC greenstuff in the rear. Its an alright set up but after braking hard a few times, they heat up to much and are beat. i am looking for a reasonably affordable brake set up that will fit under 15 inch wheels. Some of my options are to get a fast brakes 11 inch kit with wilwood 4 piston calipers from a VW (they have dust seals and look better)<A HREF="http://fastbrakes.com/shop/product_info.php?cPath=28_38_120&products_id=379

</A>. Another option is to just upgrade what i have now with steel lines, new pads and rotors, and basically stick the same set up. or get a rotora kit which requires 16 inch wheels. Any input is welcome. and jsut so you know what the kit is for, my car is a 95 dx coupe with Boosted B18C soon to be pushing around 400hp (need tuning).
P.S. i do not want a kit that requires 17 inch wheels. i love in PA and the roads are ****, i have had 17 before and i hated them.

also, i have heard alot of bad stuff about wilwood which is the only thing holding back from that kit. i talked to the guy at fastbrakes and he said they will fit under stock wheels with a 3mm spacer.

You can try NSX calipers. Then try a minimum of sloted rotors like powerslots this will help, but you can always go drilled and sloted. Maybe some Hawk brake pads all around. And steel lines will be of good help, this set up should fit under 16 inch rims, Iam not sure of 15 inch. It shouldn't cost that much, good luck...
