Default Brake problem...need expert inputs and hypothesis, i'm out of ideas

Brakes were working A+ before storage.

Changed this during the winter storage :

-2 rear hardlines for OEM lines
- all 4 corner lines for Russel braided
- both front hardlines from PV to wheel weel
- Rebuilt the front calipers

Ended up bleeding and got a damn sinking pedal (my worst nightmare). So I changed the master thinking it was it. Nothing happened, same problem...

Then I tried to figure it out :

- More bleeding with a pressurize bleeder, by gravity, with someone pumping the brakes....still have nothing after 7,5L bled. I am not new to bleeding or mechanic BTW...still have a sinking pedal...wich can get harder is I pump the brakes, but sinks as I press slow, like a shot master.

- Thought the new master was bad, so I looped the fittings on the master with a brake line, pedal felt perfect, so it isn't the master. I eliminate the booster at the same time. Tested the booster vacuum line too...same damn sinking pedal.

- Looped the PV for both the rear lines...pedale still sucked. So it doesn't come from the back lines.

- Blocked (using a fitting connected to a small line closed at the end with a rivet) the driver side line on the PV...pedal still sucked.

- Finally, blocked the passenger side line...pedal was back to normal. w/o and w/ vacuum (car running). So I change the hardline again thinking I may have done it wrong...bleed, the pedal still suck, without ANY end with vacuum.....

The caliper DOESN'T leak, i've dismantled it totally to check if the rebuild grease could have done anything....the piston seal is in perfect shape...

I am REALLY out of idea, and so are the people helping me. I really want to figure this out as I need to test drive the car ASAP to do the spring tune up before the track season starts, and before I leave the great garage i am stored in.

ANY constructive input is appreciated...I thought of maybe using OEM lines to clamp them and see if it comes from the caliper....but I didnt tried it yet as I am totally exasperated about the car and really don't feel like working on it anymore.

So here I am, posting my mecanical problem on HT, desesperatly seeking for any kind of advices....

Let me know if an idea pop up in your head, thanks.

i know ur gonna say "ive already done that", but it sounds like you still have air in ur lines. try bleeding the lines at ur master cylinder and work your way to the wheels. but be careful with pumping the pedal, i have seen that too much pumping will damage the seals in ur master cylinder. i had a car not too long ago with the same deal, i bled it from every line connection several times, took 3 days. theres air in there somewhere, just gotta find it.

How can I bleed a line without a bleeder nut ? I just open it and let it drips ?

well, if you wanna bleed a line from whatever point, you just gotta have someone pump the brakes like normal, but instead of loosening the bleeder valve, you loosen the line, and have them keep doing it until you have a steady stream out of the line. with the flare ends on the hardlines, it will come out behind the 10mm part. i dont know how much sense that made, but once you start, you will see what im talkin bout.

You found the source of your problem it sounds like, it's definitely in the passenger side. Have you thoroughly checked out your fittings, I read on here somewhere recently that someone was having a hell of a time with ss lines. Replace the ss with factory rubber lines and see if you can pinpoint the problem that way. There's air in there somewhere, just gotta narrow it down. You could try surge bleeding it, at least then you could rule that out

Yes I did, but thanks for the suggestion !

hatchling37, yeah I think I did found something...i'll an OEM line and see...I have no idea what a surge bleeding is though.

Thanks everyone, don't hesitate if you have experience to share with this kind of problem.
